Communication with our clients is extremely important to Colours. Bandleaders John and Mary Ellen Grasso start by sending out a songlist so our clients can provide us with information concerning song preferences they feel their guests may have. This can help us satisfy everyone's musical tastes. We strive to have every guest feel they were taken care of musically. Our goal is to have them mention the band to you long after the reception.

Because the music is just one aspect of a function, we also have an on-line info sheet for our clients. If you prefer we send a hard copy to you, please let us know. The info sheet goes over all the events that typically happen at functions. Once we get it back, John will go over it with you in detail to make sure every event goes off as planned. We welcome and encourage all correspondence, whether it concerns the MC duties John will be performing (special announcements, etc.) or simply because we can provide helpful information to insure a smooth running function. If you have any questions, or are not sure of anything, please contact us anytime; e-mail or call (603) 926-6857. We have done this on numerous occasions and can provide helpful suggestions.

The members of Colours will be dressed in tuxedos unless requested to do otherwise. While fun is what we like to have whenever we perform, it will never detract from the elegance all wedding receptions and special events should possess. The band's commitment to professionalism and excellence is conveyed to everyone at the reception, as well as to the staff at the facility.
